How much does delivery to Italy cost?
The contribution for shipping, except at special times when it will be offered for free, can vary from a minimum of € 6.50 up to a maximum of € 43.90 depending on the weight of the package.
What are the delivery times?
Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if made before 3 pm otherwise they will be processed the following day.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday.
We ship all over Italy with GLS courier: the time of receipt of goods from the order is 24 hours for all destinations of the national territory, excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands whose expected times are 48-72 hours from the order evasion.
Order fulfillment usually occurs the day after purchase if you choose "Credit Card, PayPal" as the payment method. For the collection of our products you can choose the service you prefer from those available, you can also collect the goods at our office personally or by person / freight forwarder at no additional cost.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your personal area. From your wall you will see the list and the status of the orders placed.
In the box that was delivered to me there is a missing or incorrect product. What should I do?
If you have received your order and you realize that a product is missing, you can contact our Customer Service by clicking on "Contact Us" or by writing an email to email@example.com, specifying the order number and the missing or incorrect product, which we will send to the address you indicated in 24/48 hours in Italy.
Can I return it if I'm not satisfied with a product?
Contact our Customer Service, who will verify your case.

It is possible to return only the sealed products, the return will be at our expense only if they are products with obvious defects of conformity or damage due to transport.
How can I return the products?
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods to your home, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. You must communicate your wish to withdraw from the purchase of products by registered A / R, addressed to:

Once we receive the communication, we will open a return policy and our Customer Service will contact you to agree on how to return the products, which will be at your expense, through the courier that we will indicate.
Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase or the method you will indicate when returning.

How much does it cost to make the products?
You will only have to pay the shipping costs for sending the defective goods.
