The acacia honey of mountain Rustigusto, as for the classic acacia honey, is obtained in quota from the bees that are placed on the flowers of robinia pseudoacacia.
It is born in Santa Maddalena in Val Casies in Val Pusteria, under the pure skies of the dolomites in landscapes that alternate blue skies and bright sunny in summer and snow-covered coats of snow in winter.
It represents a true niche product precisely for the altitudes in which it is made.
