Rustigusto wanted to choose a raw material of excellence that is born and grows in the province of origin: that of Pavia.
The grape jam, in fact, is prepared thanks to the best grapes of Oltrepo Pavese that after being picked by hand bunch of grapes are grained and washed to be crushed.
A process similar to that of wine, characterized by great care and love, but that, without the contribution of alcohol, give scents and flavors of a land with an infinite sweetness.
It's a product refined but rustic like the other jams and marmalades do not want to be found in the GDO.
