The Sardal cow of Su Entu that Rustigusto has selected is a unique red wine in the its kind. The scent launches winks to certain Australian aromaticities: sweet spice, a little eucalyptus, light sandal wood and dark chocolate. The fruity côte is an explosion of black berries: myrtle, blackberry, elderberry. What is most surprising, however, is its taste dimension; no alcohol to dry up, but a lot of fruity, peppery and salty juices, refined with a rhubarb and jelly belly tone with a slightly acidic cherry taste. It has an enveloping consistency for soft and long final veiling. The glass is ruby red with violet reflections, beautiful vivid color, consistent.
