<p> This package contains the excellence of Carnaroli rice and fine ingredients. <p> <p> Everything you need for superior quality rice. <p <<p> This risotto is suitable for those who love to bring the fragrant and Mediterranean flavors to the table and is a healthy, balanced and immediately ready first course. <p> <p> The package contains: Carnaroli rice (the best for risotto), tomatoes, olives, capers, vegetables (dried / freeze-dried) and vegetable broth. <p> <p> Preparation is very simple: pour the contents into a low and wide pan with two tablespoons of oil. Sauté for a minute. <P <<p> Always stirring, slowly pour half a glass of white wine or water. <p> <p> Let it evaporate, then add 650 ml of hot water and continue cooking, stirring a few times. <p> <p> When cooked, remove from heat and add a knob of butter, grated cheese to taste and whisk. Dose for 2/3 people. <p>
