The Arborio rice is produced directly by the F.lli Negri Fabio & Simone farm located in the heart of the Po Valley Pavese, at the Cascina Pescarone Grande of Cura Carpignano.

And it is here that the Arborio Rustigusto (Arborio Rustigusto) was born, precisely by Simone (husband of the owner of Rustigusto) and later the company of the same name.

After the harvesting and subsequent sprigging, the rice is vacuum-packed in packs of one kg.

It is widely used, without regional distinctions, to blend the most diverse flavors.

The grain is very pearly and tends to increase significantly in volume during cooking by absorbing water up to five times the equivalent of its weight.
