The Rosato of the Castello di Radda winery draws its history in the food and wine culture of the region of Chianti Classico. The grapes used to obtain this wine come exclusively from a vineyard located at a height of 400 m above sea level.
The soil is clayey-calcareous, fertile and fresh. The grapes are harvested by hand around the middle of September.
At the sight it looks like a bright pink wine with reflections cerasuoli (the red color of the cherry).
Its perfume is pleasant and fresh with hints of wild strawberry and rose hip and on the palate it is harmonious and savory with an aftertaste of raspberries and strawberry.
