Franciacorta Extra Brut of Sparviere is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards /> Bobani and Brolo. Both exposed to the south, the first is located in Provaglio d'Iseo while
the second in Monticelli Brusati. From the perfect combination of the two terroirs comes an elegant, balanced wine made to last over time. Annual production about 10,000 bottles, aging on the lees for at least 24 months. It presents itself to the sight of a golden yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it goes from the scents of the crust of bread to hazelnut and candied fruit to reach the finish with the pleasant spice. Its taste is an excellent balance between flavor and an acid note of cedar.
