The Malvasia ferme Acino d'oro of the Ferraia is a white wine still from malvasia di Candia grapes in purity. Its yellow color with golden reflections immediately expresses the character of this wine. Its distinct perfumes and strong on the palate give a dry, velvety, warm and soft flavor.
This wine produced in the province of Piacenza at hilly middle-low levels, is cultivated with the Guyot-trained form simple.

Grape variety: 100% Aromatic Candied Malvasia
Vinification: Cryomaceration in contact with the skins for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Maturation of steel and subsequent aging in bottle for a total aging of 12 months.
Pairings: starters and fish first courses, cured meats and lightly blue cheeses
Serving temperature : 6-8 °
